As a results-oriented executive, she is known for her ability to lead by example, inspire high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. With deep expertise in managing complex, high-impact projects, Cheryl has earned the trust of executive leadership and stakeholders by delivering transformative change and measurable results.

With over a decade of experience, Cheryl has successfully led the implementation of more than 100 projects nationwide, spanning computer-aided dispatch, records management systems, mobile and jail management solutions, complex data conversions, interfaces, and reporting/analytics. She is a strategic problem-solver with expertise in change management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she excels in executing large-scale initiatives that drive efficiency and operational growth.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys traveling, staying active, golfing, surfing and rooting for her Boston sports teams.
