Project Manager (Remote with travel)
National Public Safety Group is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead public safety software implementation projects. The role includes full project lifecycle management—from planning and coordination to execution and delivery—while serving as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in public safety systems (CAD, RMS, JMS), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
NPSG is a fast-growing consulting firm working exclusively with public safety agencies (911, EMS, Police, Fire, etc.), helping them select and implement critical software solutions. The role requires a genuine passion for supporting public safety and first responders.
RMS/JMS Software Consultant (Remote with travel/West Coast preferred)
National Public Safety Group (NPSG) is seeking a highly experienced Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS) Software Consultant to join our growing team of public safety professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked directly with public safety software platforms as a consultant, implementation specialist, or demonstration team member for a public safety technology vendor.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of records management and jail management operations, public safety technology integrations, and software implementation best practices. Candidates must be comfortable facilitating workshops, leading requirements discussions, presenting to executive and operational audiences, and serving as a trusted advisor to public safety agencies.
The RMS/JMS Software Consultant will support agencies through needs assessments, software selection, and implementation projects by evaluating operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping clients successfully adopt new technology solutions.
