Selection Coordinator (Remote with travel)
National Public Safety Group (NPSG) is seeking a full-time Selection Coordinator to provide analytical and coordination support to our Selection Team. This role develops, owns, and maintains Selection project tracking across all active agency engagements, and uses strong Excel and data analysis skills to turn demonstration survey results, RFP responses, and BAFO submissions into accurate, decision-ready reporting.
The Selection Coordinator manages all aspects of vendor demonstrations, logistics, and vendor communications, serving as the primary point of contact for organizing schedules, preparing materials, and keeping agencies and vendors coordinated throughout the selection lifecycle. The role also creates agency-specific Selection presentations in PowerPoint and assists with RFP development and RFP assessments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, and experience building trackers that manage milestones across multiple concurrent projects. Experience with Basecamp, Qualtrics, Salesforce, and survey tools is a plus. Overall travel is expected to be 50% or less.
RMS/JMS Software Consultant (Remote with travel/West Coast preferred)
National Public Safety Group (NPSG) is seeking a highly experienced Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS) Software Consultant to join our growing team of public safety professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked directly with public safety software platforms as a consultant, implementation specialist, or demonstration team member for a public safety technology vendor.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of records management and jail management operations, public safety technology integrations, and software implementation best practices. Candidates must be comfortable facilitating workshops, leading requirements discussions, presenting to executive and operational audiences, and serving as a trusted advisor to public safety agencies.
The RMS/JMS Software Consultant will support agencies through needs assessments, software selection, and implementation projects by evaluating operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping clients successfully adopt new technology solutions.
