Liz Armstrong

Liz Armstrong is a charismatic, forward-thinking visionary known for her expertise in problem-solving and implementing new procedures. She started her career in law enforcement with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, where she worked as a telecommunicator. Liz spent several years as a trainer, academy instructor, and supervisor throughout her ten-year tenure.

She dedicated a portion of that to training and compliance and implemented changes that included technological advances. Liz possesses a CA POST Dispatcher Advanced Certificate and Academy Instructor Certification. Her passion lies in maximizing teamwork by improving workflow efficiency and ensuring seamless communication channels.

Liz’s contributions have garnered her accolades, including being named Telecommunicator of the Year and Innovator of the Year for her creative approaches to solving complex problems and enhancing workflow processes. Liz has also received Medals of Merit for her remarkable work in finding solutions and implementing technologies to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.

Liz enjoys spending time hiking, and kayaking with her daughter and husband during her time off.
