Senior Director of Sales and Customer Care

Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in complex sales, sales leadership, and strategic territory planning, with over a decade focused on public safety software sales. As Senior Director of Sales and Customer Care at NPSG, Eric leads new account sales, shapes sales strategy, and leads development of an effective customer care program that strengthens long-term partnerships with agencies.

Prior to joining NPSG, Eric served in both Sales Director and individual contributor roles at Tyler Technologies, working exclusively with government clients in the public safety enterprise software, ERP and financial management spaces. His work focused on aligning technology solutions with the needs of agencies responsible for public safety and community services.

Before Tyler Technologies, Eric held both a National Director of Customer Care role and a Director of Sales role with New World Systems in the financial management space focused on local government.

Eric has also held various leadership positions with Intuit, where he drove territory strategy, market development and sales planning. His background also includes navigating several mergers and acquisitions in sales and sales leadership roles.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
