Procurement Specialist

Ruth Chlebowski comes to National Public Safety Group (NPSG) with 15 years of experience writing proposals in response to government RFPs for public safety software and other services.

As Procurement Specialist, she now works with the NPSG Selection Team to manage the RFP process for our agency customers. Ruth brings a wealth of knowledge of how to organize RFPs effectively according to best practices. She acts on the belief that the quality of questions we ask potential vendors drives the quality of the answers they give our customers.

Most recently, Ruth was Proposal Manager for OnSolve (now Crisis24), the owners of the CodeRED emergency alerting system. Prior to working in proposals, “Dr. Ruth” taught public speaking, rhetoric and composition, and other communication courses at the college level. She holds a doctorate in communication studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
