Project Manager

With over two decades of experience bridging public safety and technology, Steven Querry has dedicated his career to enhancing emergency response and operational efficiency.

Beginning as a 911 dispatcher at the Anaheim Police Department, Steven progressed through critical roles including communications training officer, senior dispatcher, shift supervisor, system supervisor, and acting manager. This extensive hands-on experience laid the foundation for his transition into police systems support, where he worked directly with the Chief of Police, driving innovation and technological advancements within the department.

As a leader, Steven spearheaded the CAD/RMS Sustainment team and Innovation Committee while overseeing vital systems such as 911 communications, CAD, GIS, MDT, Mobile Field Reporting, Public Alerting, and Video Management Systems. Acting as the department’s liaison between centralized IT, GIS, and City Management, he played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and improving cross-departmental collaboration. In addition, he developed in-house applications designed to enhance internal communication, community engagement, operational dashboards, and major event alerting.

In 2022, Steven transitioned from public safety to the private sector, leveraging his expertise in law enforcement technology as a Regional Director of Project Management for a cloud CAD/RMS vendor. In this role, he successfully led 15 go-lives across six states, ensuring seamless implementation of critical systems for agencies. With a deep understanding of emergency response systems, innovation, and strategic implementation, Steven continues to champion solutions that strengthen public safety.

Steven is a dedicated husband and father of four who cherishes quality time with his family. With the kids actively participating in basketball, football, golf, gymnastics, soccer, and youth groups. As a lifelong soccer player and passionate advocate for the sport, Steven channels his love for the game into volunteering with his local youth soccer club during his spare time.
